For Netscape users:

To send email, you need to set up your mail servers.

1.From the Edit menu, choose Preferences. Then select Mail Servers from the Mail & Newsgroup category.

To set up an outgoing mail server:
1.At Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: type the name of your SMTP server, or verify it is correct.

2.At Outgoing mail server user name: enter your login name as provided by your system administrator or Internet service provider. Do not enter your entire email address.

For Internet Explorer users:

To specify the programs you want Internet Explorer to use:
You can change the default programs you use for mail, newsgroups, calendar, and Internet calls. Whenever you click a link on a Web page for these programs, Internet Explorer opens the program you specified.

On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options.

Click the Programs tab, and then follow the instructions on your screen for specifying default Internet programs.
